Mattress Firm Oak Forest

I came in to buy a mattress and was greeted by Deshia. She was an exceptional consultant helping me with all the different options that the store provided. She was quick with answering questions as well as making the whole experience smooth and reliable. She gave me all types of various suggestions from personal insight as well as what she has noticed from other customers, which was very helpful in helping me decide for what I was looking for. Thank you Deshia for helping me with my purchase, you were a big help.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Shaun and Ms. Michelle today at Mattress Firm, and I cannot express enough how exceptional their customer service truly was. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. What stood out the most was their willingness to go above and beyond for a situation that wasn’t even the result of their error. They had no obligation to step in, yet they took ownership with such grace, patience, and understanding. They were not only informative, but also reassuring every step of the way. Their attitude was consistently, “Don’t worry about it — we’re going to take care of it,” and those words meant everything. It’s rare to encounter people who make you feel valued as a customer, and even rarer to find a company that empowers their team to create these kinds of experiences. Because of the kindness, dedication, and exceptional service I received today, I will continue to be a loyal Mattress Firm customer. I truly hope everyone gets the chance to experience the level of care, integrity, and professionalism that I experienced with Mr. Shaun and Ms. Michelle. They turned a stressful situation into a seamless one, and for that, I am incredibly grateful.
