Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Ordered a dresser to be delivered and assembled today. The delivery men damaged the dresser AND my stairs while carrying it to the room. They said I could barely see the damage, so it should be fine…One delivery person said they didn’t bring the straps needed and that’s what caused the damage. Customer service called and offered me $65, but that’s not going to cover the damage of my stairs and throwing a wrench in my plans for set up this weekend. They took the dresser back and are supposed to bring another one in 3 days. Hopefully they don’t cause anymore damage to my house in the process. They also left some of the garbage from the box in my hallway for me to clean up, which was just icing on the cake. Very disappointed in the service overall and will never shop with them again. I would cancel the entire order if I didn’t require the very specific dimensions of this dresser.

We went to Bob's several times to narrow down our choice on a power sofa recliner. We were greeted each time with a friendly hello and then allowed to look around on our own. A salesperson checked on us to answer any questions. We made our decision and bought our sofa. The staff was great, we will be back in the future.

Great experience. Was not bombarded walking in the door. We were given space to look around and was not hovered over by sales people. Questions were answered when we did someone. Clean store and quality products are offered. Definitely recommend. Sharing the beauty that we decided on.

My experience here was excellent. I'll definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality furniture. Ms. Georgia is my favorite, she's like family now. She made sure to get me what I'm looking for & what I want. Very professional 👏 so are rest of the staff.

Purchased a new couch and mattress and Jasmine was wonderful!! She was so helpful and never pushy. She listened to what my needs were and showed me my options based off of those needs. It was the easiest furniture purchase I have ever made. There were so many options and great prices. My daughter and I enjoyed the free ice cream as well.
