Ashley Store

Thank you, Michael Poindexter, for being an exceptional and professional sales consultant. His knowledge of furniture and the industry assisted my Mom to make the best choice suited for her. The purchase and closing was easy and left us leaving the store feeling secure we made the best decision purchasing from the Ashley Furniture Store.

We purchased a sectional and two 3-seat theater recliners about 6 months ago. One of the massagers in one of the recliners stopped working within two months. I called for service and started a ticket. I told them to contact me because it would be easier to set up appts either me but instead they started calling my husband (who works a lot more). They wanted us to troubleshoot on our own, which didn’t help. Then, they said our only option on a service call was a Sunday morning at 7:00am!! REALLY?? If we didn’t take that one it would be another month for another Sunday morning at 7:00!! My husband hadn’t confirmed the appointment for sure and he declined it the day before his a reminder message…but, the guy showed up anyway and we weren’t home. Now, it’s been another full month with no response. If you only offer one service appointment a month at 7am on a Sunday, I don’t think you really offer service. We really like the furniture but abhor their “service”

Kimberly Branham, greeted my husband and I today Saturday, May 23th at the Store located at 7375 Jefferson Blvd., Louisville, KY 40219 with a huge smile on her face and a beautiful personality. Kimberly, was so very helpful from the moment we stepped into the store. We explained to her what we were looking for, and she directed us to exactly what we wanted to purchase explaining everything in detail to us. She was truly very professional going above and beyond on our purchase if we could give her a 10 out of 10, we most certainly would. She was so pleasant to do business with.. We most definitely will be returning customers again and hope to work with Kimberly in the near future. Thank you kindly, Kimberly

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the customer service that I received from the store manager, Heather, at the Ashley furniture store on Jefferson Blvd in Louisville, Ky. I will be contacting corporate office to discuss my experience tomorrow! This was my first and LAST time that I will EVER patronize Ashley furniture store. As a customer, the way an establishment makes you feel speaks volumes about the quality of service you deliver! I purchased two lamps and one lamp was defective. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice it before leaving the store because the sales associate carried it out to my car and placed it inside my car. When I got home, I noticed it and immediately contacted the store.

We have been doing lots of furniture shopping lately and haven’t have the most pleasing experiences. But, When I took my 80 year old grandpa into Ashley furniture this week Charles changed that and's made our experience one of a kind! He explained everything with great detail, got us an amazing deal, and kept my grandpas safety a priority. I plan on going back to Ashley with all of my home needs. Thank you Charles!
