Sale went fairly smooth, (they accept cash but don’t have any change so I had to go somewhere else and buy something to break a twenty, then back to the store), and by the time I got to my next stop I had a voicemail saying there was a “glitch” in the system and I may not get my delivery on the agreed date. I attempted to contact my salesman but he had left for the day. I was told I’d be contacted with an update asap. The following day I attempted to reach the salesman again but this time he was working at a different location. When I ask for an update I was told everything is set for a week from today instead of the day after tomorrow. No one contacted me to check if this is acceptable. I also ask for something sooner and was told that’s not possible. Delivery date was very important for me and my salesman knew that. Very disappointing overall UPDATE: my original salesman, Jarron, has reached out to me and has taken steps to take care of me and I am a very happy camper now! The delivery situation wasn’t his “fault” it was just a result of some inventory/computer glitches and that’s why I didn’t name him before. Thank you Jaron. And thank you Aaron for being so kind and helpful. You have definitely earned revised 5 ⭐️ review.
