Sleep Number

First of all the bed was losing air so I called Sleepnumber and it cost my wife and I $250 For a brand new air pump and hoses , hooked all that up and the bed was still losing air. I’ve been going around in circles for like six months. , back and forth to the store and calling Sleepnumber. Now I finally looked underneath the mattress and where the hose connects to the air chamber, it was split so I called Sleepnumber again. They said $190 in labor to replace air chamber but air chamber is free. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had with a bed. The store said all components are part of your warranty so why did they charge us $250 for a new air pump? They said you are going to have to call and discuss the details with Sleepnumber we can’t talk about warranties at the store. Mind you when this all started the bed was only 13 months old. We are pretty sure this $4,000 air mattress is a piece of junk. We were going to buy two more beds for our kids, but changed our minds. We’re not buying junk anymore . So be careful people you’re gonna get ripped off, it’s gonna cost you hundreds of dollars to get your bed fixed if it breaks. Do your homework first

Lynn was absolutely the best! Answered our many questions both before and after our visits to find the right bed. Never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Delivery was seemless and staff took great care while while navigating our home.... As for the bed, one month in, and our sleep has greatly improved. Can't believe we waited so long to purchase a Sleep Number! They are by far the best choice!

Friendly, competent rep gave detailed demonstration of mattress's operation. Linn helped me get best discounts. Delivery personnel were on time and polite.

Repeat customers for life! We've worked with Diana, Paul, and Kevin who are all fantastic. Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable when it comes to all things mattress. They are committed to finding you the right fit. Highly recommend!

Lauren was very knowledgeable with regard to the Sleep Number products. She worked with in a very professional manner. I will refer friends and family to the store. I am EXTREMELY disappointed that upon delivery next week, the delivers persons will only remove one of my current mattress sets. I am being charged an additional $100 to have the second set taken away yet Sleep Number will issue a $100 gift card to the friends who referred me to the store. Hmmm . . .
