If I could give negative stars I would bought mattress 3 yrs ago been having problems with it. They send this guy out with a measuring tape to tell me the dip in mattress has to be at 1 1/2 inches to warranty but mine was at 1 1/4. To tell me I have a 10 yr warranty but at this time there is nothing they can do. Why have warranty if there is a problem then honor it 2400 down the drain after only 3 yrs what a joke. I'll update where I purchase my new mattress from and we're to go instead of these people. And report to bbb Don't buy from them unless you want poor quality

View on GoogleWhat was delivered to my home was not of the same quality as what was in the showroom. I spent $2000 on a soft mattress set with pillowtop. What was delivered to my home is an extra firm mattress with a very poor quality thin foam on top. There is nothing soft about this bed. It is rock hard. The bed also squeaks with every movement. Clearly, the bed has defective springs. The mattress is also uneven. Spoke with the store right after delivery. Was given excuses such as you have to break it in, and the only reason it was soft in the store was because many people have laid on it. Plus, the delivery men left a huge pile of plastic and paper in the middle of the room. I guess it was our responsibility to clean up. I have purchased several mattress sets for my homes over the yrs. This product was the most expensive to date and the only one delivered of such poor quality. I will stick with purchasing mattress sets only from furniture stores.
View on GoogleThe saleswoman was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and I was very glad she gave me space to test out the mattresses without hovering. She answered all of my questions without the typical sales pitches. She looked up both mattresses i had considered purchasing to see if the warehouse/factory where they're built in Cleveland, and both were in stock. I ended up driving there and purchase a king size set size. I didn't have have too as they would have shipped it to the Mentor location within 4 days, I just didn't want to wait. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase. My impression of The Original Mattress Factory is that this is a company I'd highly recommend to family and friends and will be a customer for life. View on GoogleIf heaven has a mattress store, it's an Original Mattress Factory. Had an excellent experience buying a new mattress from the Mentor store. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and concise in his description of the differences between the mattresses. Best part? They make them right here in Cleveland. What could be better? I also love that they never have any gimmicks or sales. They don't mark up the mattresses to mark them down. The price is the price. It's refreshingly simple. I will be back the next time we need another mattress!
