Ricky was absolutely amazing. Very patient and took his time to explain the difference between multiple options, allowed us plenty of time to try all of the different selections in the store and really helped us narrow down one that would be the absolute best for us. He’s very knowledgeable, has excellent demeanor, and makes the decision process and sales process incredibly easy. Huge asset for the company. At the end of the day, we got the mattress we love for the price that we love and we could not be happier. Jeff was also incredibly helpful as well.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jeff and Ricky while shopping for a new mattress and adjustable base. With a baby boy on the way, finding something that would keep my pregnant wife comfortable both now and after delivery was a top priority. As for me, I can sleep on a pile of gravel and wake up refreshed, so I was mostly there for moral support and quality control.
From the moment we walked in, Jeff took the lead and guided us through what can only be described as a surprisingly entertaining mattress-buying adventure. He listened to our needs, explained our options without any pressure, and helped us find the perfect setup. Ricky was the ultimate wingman, jumping in with additional insight, answering questions, and somehow working out numbers in real time faster than I could pretend to understand them.
Had my wife not been blessed with the gift of gab, we probably would have been in and out in 15 minutes. Instead, we spent time getting to know Jeff and Ricky, and that ended up being one of the best parts of the experience.
I'll admit, I walked in a little skeptical about buying from what I considered a "big box" mattress store. I walked out feeling completely different. At no point did we feel like just another sale or another customer walking through the door. Jeff and Ricky took the time to understand our budget, needs, and concerns, and they tailored the entire experience around us.
This duo turned what I expected to be a chore into a fun, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable experience. If Mattress Firm handed out championship rings for customer service, Jeff and Ricky would already have several. We couldn't be happier with our purchase, and we're incredibly grateful for the outstanding service they provided.

First, the team at Mattress Firm in the Mills was AWESOME! Ricky and Jeff were such a great duo and really listened to our needs. Next, we weren’t sure what we were looking for and doing the full mattress firm experience was great. We ended up getting a tempur pedic and are so excited to have a 10-year warranty on a good mattress!! It’s pricey, but you get what you pay for!

We were excited that our whole experience was quick and painless. Ricky asked us a few questions and brought us right to the perfect mattress for us. We had to make sure and tried out all of the mattresses that were firm and ended up buying the one he took us to first. Definitely recommend this store and hopefully Ricky will be there to help you. In a week we will have our new mattress and we can't wait.
