Mattress Firm Monroeville

We needed a mattress for our daughter's first big kid bed. We googled places close to us and saw Mattress firm had great reviews so we stopped in. We see why the reviews are so high! It was a great experience from start to finish and Roger was amazing! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Everyone else at the store was very friendly as well. We picked out the mattress with Roger's help and so far so good with our daughter liking it! It was very fast delivery also. We highly recommend Mattress firm in Monroeville!

Melissa was who helped us. I have to say, i haven't been treated like she treated us in years. I started my conversation on the phone with her searching for a particular mattress. She called a few places while I was on the phone looking for said mattress at a store so we could try it. No luck on the phone. Her kindness compelled me to shop at this store. She went above and way beyond to make us happy. She needs to be a manager ASAP. Thank you for such a pleasant experience and will recommend you to my whole family.

We knew it was going to be a great experience when we walked through the door. Melissa greated us with big warm smile and hand shake. She made us feel so comfortable and I love how she asked all the questions to help her find out our needs so that she could show us all the mattresses that could and would fill our needs. We've bought from them before and we still have a couple more family to buy from and we are definitely going back to them and their store. The manager was there also and he was just and nice. We can't say enough about them as warm, friendly and professional people. I'm not easily impressed, Melissa went way above. You can tell they have high standards in what they do and every mattress I looked at she knew her product. We went to another store before we came there and we we're hoping this wouldn't be another disappointment. This was the best ending to our search and I can't wait to get my mattress tomorrow. Thank you! Thank you! Melissa. Please let Mattress Firm be you fist stop you won't be disappointed. Bless you guys. Bee

OMG!! Perry from the Monroeville store, #077001, and his Manager! On Thursday, 7/2/26, I was searching to make a mattress purchase on my off day. Perry assisted me! I AM SOOO EXCITED for my new purchase and delivery because of his expertise; so much so, I decided to purchase a suggested mattress that better suits me for my back issues instead of the cheapo that I was eyeballing, all due to his providing his expertise. KUDOS and ABOVE & BEYOND! Thanks a million Perry 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. JOB WELL DONE 👏🏽 ✔️. These guys at this store location, were very professional, kind, and very knowledgeable of their products. I'd definitely shop there again for my next purchase! MS. BUTLER
