Mattress Firm Beaumont

Mattress Firm honored their sale price I was quoted, worked together between two stores and delivered my new bed in a timely manner. It took a few days for my Parents to decide to buy the new bed. I called the Bmt store and my salesman was off until Friday. I called the PA store and that salesman said he worked with Jonathan and he would take over for him to take care of me in a timely fashion. Gabriel fulfilled my order as requested and had the bed delivered Friday as I had hoped. There was a Lady that helped with the exchange of the box springs to the lower profile but I misplaced her name in my brain. We are very pleased with Mattress Firm and the employees at both locations. Very professional and courteous.

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Beaumont. We were in the market for a new mattress because ours was 10 years old. Catherine was our salesperson and asked us what our preferences were and why we were no longer happy with our current mattress. She was able to direct us to a couple of mattresses that she felt would meet our needs and we found the one that was the best fit for our back issues. We were excited to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale and got a fabulous deal!

We just purchased a new mattress and base from Matress Firm. We were helped by Gabriel. He took his time, worked with us, and was very knowledgeable and informative. He explained everything thoroughly. Gabriel made the process quick and so very simple. It was a great experience. Gabriel is very nice. Katherine was wonderful to work with in the Beaumont story. She went out of her way to help us. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions and show us the mattress that we had found on line and were interested in looking at before ordering online. The adjustable foundation is nice but the center leg at the headboard can’t be screwed in all the way.without catching on the movable part of the frame. So it’s not screwed in all the way which is no big deal. I could also cut off some of the threads. I’m not complaining about it as it was free with the mattress, hopefully this will help someone else if when they try and raise the bed every thing comes up and then stops 😊. We love the new mattress ❤️
