Mattress Firm Portage

Had a very pleasant experience at the Mattress Firm in Portage! Was looking for a mattress for my son who had just moved to the area. I didn’t want to spend too much and Ken found us a terrific deal and was able to get the delivery date within a few days. Thanks Ken for your expertise! 😀

We stopped into Mattress Firm in Portage and a very nice man named Steven helped us pick out the perfect mattress! With all the input I gave him, the system kicks out the best mattress for your fit. And we found a fit, Therapeutic was the win!! Thank you Steven for going over everything again for my husband. Made it so much easier to do the purchase. You made our day and we cannot wait to get it! Thank you for getting it all set up and helping us with the best there is!! For anyone interested in getting a new mattress, please stop in their store. They are non pressure and pleasant to deal with.

I highly recommend visiting the Mattress Firm showroom in Portage for your next mattress. I did an online search of the mattress stores in the area prior to arriving and found that Mattress Firm provided the best prices within my budget. Steven, the representative that I met, was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable - never pushy/never leading. He interviewed me regarding my needs for a good night sleep (which is rare for me) then introduced me to the various mattresses that were available based on my needs and within my budget. He gave me time to lay on the mattresses while explaining the pros and cons and care of each mattress. He also gave me time to assess my findings and make my decisions. My questions were answered clearly and effectively. Steven did not hesitate to research the more complex questions that I had (including payment/warranties/service/delivery) and continued to do so until my questions were all answered. I have to admit, I arrived at Mattress Firm with a bit of a negative attitude thinking that I would never find what I need within my budget and have to deal with a manipulative salesperson, but left pleasantly surprised after having a satisfying experience and obtaining an exceptional product. Thank you, Steven. Thank you Mattress Firm.

Our salesman Ken helped us out and was as easygoing, informative, professional, and friendly as could be! Coming in we knew exactly what we wanted and he made the process easy and provided every bit of information and hospitality he could while helping us purchase our new mattress. Thanks again Ken!

After years of sleeping on mediocre mattresses haphazardly ordered off of Amazon, we finally decided to go to an actual physical store. I am incredibly thankful that we did! Ken was outstanding. He was incredibly patient when we were deliberating between mattresses. He took our concerns, sleep styles, and budget into consideration and was never pushy. I highly recommend to anyone who, like me wrongly thought mattress stores couldn’t compete with online retailers, to give it a try.
