Mattress Firm Valparaiso

Mattress firm is a reparable company. I wouldn't go anywhere else. We also purchased a bed up in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and now I live in Chesterton Indiana. I went Sterns and Foster's firm pillow top. I got a Queen with the best frame you could possibly buy.. It has a complete wave vibrating system. I am sixty eight years old and have arthritis and different osteo problems in my spine. In just 3 days, sleeping on it, I have noticed a big difference, everyone that works. They are very professional kind and diligent. Their customer service is excellent.Kyle is actually our salesman and not only he's good looking, he's good at what he does. Thank you. All. I don't need any more beds at this time of my life. If I did, I would buy them there portage, indiana, thank you Dawn Meyers And I forgot one more excellent sales guy Ben thank you also

Who wants to go mattress shopping?! That’s right - nobody. We were looking up against this experience but Dan made it both easy and relaxing. He started us off with a lot of education while we took our time testing out the main types of mattress and then helped us slowly narrow everything down until there was a clear winner. It was honestly quite enjoyable! By the time we left we felt very confident and happy with our choice, mostly because Dan had taught us so well. I saw a number of other people come in while we were shopping and they took the approach I normally would - steer clear of the salesperson and head to the back of the store. But now I wish I could tell them to check in with Dan. He never pushed us to buy anything, never made us feel obligated for his time and did not push us to something out of our price range. Honestly, I would come back here any time. Oh, and we LOVE our new mattress!

Julie did a wonderful job. I had a lot of issues with my last adjustable base and he was able to help me with the new one. He’s very knowledgeable and polite.

The staff was very helpful and patient with me. The first day Dan explained all the features and discussed pricing with me. My husband and I made the decision to purchase that evening. The next day I came back with my husband who is on oxygen and has mobility issues so he could test the mattresses. Dan was off that day and Steve explained everything again for my husband and was great in showing him the features. We made our purchase and was very pleased with the customer service we received.

He took the time to explain the differences between each one and helped me find something that fit what I personally liked. What I really appreciated is that he wasn't pushy or rushing me just to make a sale - he was patient, helpful, and made the process easy. When I came back to pick up my mattress, another employee helped load it into my car, which I really appreciated as well. Great service from start to finish! I definitely recommend Daniel and the whole team at this store!
