Mattress Firm Shoppes at Stadium

I purchased my mattress a while ago from Bobby Jo at the Mattress Firm Shoppes at Stadium Blvd. She is the nicest, kindest sales associate I have ever worked with and I feel grateful to have met her. She first helped me pick out mattress in the price range I wanted but also explained some of the advanced features some of the more expensive mattresses had. After sleeping on the mattress for almost 120 days, my wife and I decided we wanted to take advantage of the $249 satisfaction guarantee and mattress exchange to purchase one of the more higher quality mattresses. She helped us make sure that we were selecting a new mattress that we would be happy with. Bobby Jo has 40 years of experience in the mattress business and it shows. The return and purchase went very smooth and it was great to work with Bobby Jo again. I also appreciate the great job she did coordinating and keeping up informed on the mattress delivery. I also want to thank Kelly for the help she gave us to initiate the new mattress purchase and exchange until we were able to get back to work with Bobby Jo. I highly recommend Bobby Jo at the Mattress Firm Shoppes at Stadium! She made the whole mattress buying experience a good one and I will not hesitate to contact her in the future!

Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Helped us find a great deal on a mattress. Would highly recommend this place over Furniture row- higher quality mattresses for 1/2 the price if you shop when they have sales or clearance stock.

Bobby was amazing to work with while we were shopping for a new mattress. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, and she really listened to our needs. She walked us through all our options and helped us find the perfect fit without any pressure. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable thanks to her. Highly recommend asking for Bobby

Bobby Jo worked super hard to get the Purple Mattress we wanted at a GREAT price. She listened to our budget, comfort needs, and sleep preferences, and found the mattress and base we wanted at a phenomenal price. She worked diligently for two days to finalize our deal. She even reached out to other stores nationwide to find the mattress we wanted at a price that stayed within our budget. I would recommend Mattress Firm to ANYONE looking for a new bed, mattress, and or base. Also, if Bobby Jo is working with you rest assured she will work tirelessly to; not only earn your business, but, also ensure you get the bed you need at a GREAT price. If you're a Veteran or First Responder she will make sure your sacrifice is respected and rewarded when doing business with her. Thanks for an amazing shopping experience, Bobby!

Going mattress shopping wasn’t really something I was looking forward to and Bobbi made this process so seamless. She was knowledgeable, and very attentive to our needs even though her store was busy. She respected our budget and was so helpful and kind. Thank you Bobbi for making our experience perfect!!
