We had a great experience, purchasing a bed/ Mattress/ is a very expensive enterprise. Like how can a bed cost that much. We received no pressure, Dave answered our questions , and of course I was AI ing everything. Dave was honest, didn’t try to push us up or down on price point . Dave just tried to place us in the best bed that would meet our needs. I have serious back issues, Dave with his extensive knowledge navigated us to the best mattress combination for my situation. Didn’t over sale the extras , just explained the options . It’s always nice to have a great experience. Highly recommended
View on GoogleDave, the salesman, was very helpful and accommodating. He explained the properties of the different mattresses and helped us make the best decision for our needs. Would definitely recommend the Placerville location to anyone needing a quality mattress.
View on GoogleDave at Mattress Firm in the Target shopping center on Missouri Flat Road in Placerville is super helpful, knowledgeable, patient, witty, and professional. He listened to what mattered to us and made suggestions based on what we wanted and liked. The Memorial Day sales were AWESOME and we can’t WAIT to catch some ZZZZZZZZ’s on our new beds! 10/10. Highly recommend! :))
View on GoogleDavid at the store here in placerville was very knowledgeable. He was very patient with us trying out several mattresses and gave us all of the details we needed to make good choices on the two mattresses we needed. He is an expert salesman and I never felt forced or pushed and he arranged all of the details with delivery and so forth and was an absolute gentleman. I would highly recommend this store and I am happy to have shopped locally
View on GoogleDave was a great salesman. We came in with a certain expectation, but after talking about my back pain, he steered us in the right direction with a firm hybrid mattress and an adjustable base. I knew the minute I laid down and tilted the head up even the smallest amount, I could feel the pressure on my back disappear. Even though we spent more than we intended, I know it was the right choice. Next-day delivery doesn't hurt either!
