Mattress Firm Folsom at Ironpoint

Michael was very friendly while keeping a respectful distance. He directed us to a great mattress and pillows and a frame. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Michael was very knowledgeable on all the mattresses , giving us several options to choose from. The showroom was organized and clean. Great experience overall.

Michael was an absolutely lifesaver. I came in the store and was frustrated as I really loved the restore hybrid mattress and thought I had done my proper research before ordering the one I got from purple.com. However the mattress I got from purple was Far firmer than the one in the store. Mattress Firm carries their own specialty purple mattress that offers a cooling feature that's made specifically for them. However I thought the medium feel of that mattress should match the websites one and it did not. I now have to pay $250 to return the mattress from purple.com. but Michael was able to work with me so I can just buy a mattress from them and get the one I really wanted for the same cost! This really alleviated my frustrations as I was so excited about having a new bed and investing in myself and my sleep! Definitely will be going back to Mattress Firm in Folsom they are amazing!

Our salesman treated us at the door with a smile and was full of information about the mattresses he showed us. He drew our attention to the type we were interested in and didn’t waste our time looking at mattresses that didn’t meet our needs. He pulled up the information from our last purchase from 12 years prior which was helpful in finding new beds. It was a good shopping experience and we will return. Thank you.

Went in to purchase a mattress. Did not have much time but Jerry welcomed us in and got us with Michael. Michael was very knowledgeable and went through the process quickly and efficiently. We were done in a half hour and now I can’t wait to enjoy our new mattress. Thanks Michael and Jerry!

It was a great experience buying a new bed at Mattress Firm. We were immediately greeted by Jerry when we walked in and he was patient and informative as we tested out a bunch of different mattresses. He lived up to the title “sleep expert” that was on his shirt. We ultimately purchased a TemperPedic with an adjustable base.
