Mattress Firm Ramsey

First of all we had a very pleasant experience. Our salesperson Beverly was extremely knowledgeable and took time to listen to our needs. She explained each mattress and steered us to the one that was best for our needs and price range. There was no high pressure sales pitch which we greatly appreciated. Her concern was genuine and would highly recommend this store.

I had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm in Ramsey, NJ. thanks to Abdul. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right mattress—not just making a sale. He took the time to explain the differences between several options and helped me choose a mattress that fit my comfort needs perfectly. What really stood out was the great deal he was able to give me. Abdul worked with me to make sure I got an amazing mattress at a price I felt really good about. The entire process was smooth, pressure-free, and professional. If you’re shopping for a mattress, I highly recommend asking for Abdul. He’s honest, patient, and truly cares about making sure customers leave happy. Thanks again for the great service and the great deal!

My Mattress Firm experience was great. John and Maria were so knowledgeable and helped me with all the questions. Beds are not just a mattress and box spring anymore. I love the beds...Kingsdowne Wellesly Collection and a Tempurpedic one. We will be back for a third soon!

I will never ever, ever buy from Mattress firm again.I was dupped into getting a credit card which I never was told I was applying for. I wound up giving my social security number to some sketchy web site in the process. The whole sales pitch was $90 which i was told was a no Brainer and was asked by the salesman personal questions suttaly over several minutes and every time I verified with the salesman he assured me my information was secure but did not tell me it was a credit card application. When trying to access symphony bank it kept asking me for a card number...but I had no card number because I wasn't told I was applying for one then it requested a social security number in its place which I had to give to access this account. I was on the web site for half an hour since I couldn't figure out what this number it was looking for was an actual credit card number. When I finally had to give my social security number to try and register with the bank and then the website instantly sent me to some suspicious web site immediately. I had no idea this number being requested was actually a credit card number. I only found out after calling the salesman. I have started telling people within a few hours to never buy from your store and will take legal action if my social security number is used fraudulently. I cannot emphasize enough how pissed I am at getting ripped off by your company. I don't think I have ever in my lifetime written such a negative review on any establishment. I was completely mislead and hope my personal information will not be used illegally because of bing lied to and again will take legal action if it is. I will continue to give negative feedback about your store to everyone i possibley can as long as I live.

Vimi and Lenny were top professionals. The store in Ramsey and its processes are light years ahead of the many other stores we tried. Very polite professional and patient people. Jeff Lieto
