Mattress Firm Wayne

Jao was very personable and helpful. His research helped me pick out the right mattress to purchase and Josephine was very knowledgeable and helped guide me to the correct choice. She was also very helpful keeping me within my budget. I feel that between the both of them I was able to make a decision that was right for me. The delivery also went very smooth and their tracking system was great. It took all the stress out of wondering when the delivery team would arrive. The best that I have seen from any company!

Ray was a fabulous sales rep! Very knowledgeable in SO many ways. He was so friendly and helpful and not at the least overbearing, as so many mattress sales reps are. In the future, I would definitely go to Mattress Firm again all because of him and his colleague in helping us find the perfect solution for us!

Great experience here. Worked with Christianna and she really helped narrow down my search finding the right mattress. She was very knowledgeable as well and patient the entire time showing me the different styles and brands.

My wife and I had a wonderful shopping experience with Christiana at your store in Wayne, NJ. My wife suffers with chronic hip and back pain. Christiana went out of her way to make sure that she was comfortable. She also guided us to the perfect mattress and educated us about the features and benefits. We highly recommend Matress Firm in Wayne for you bedding needs.

I didn’t come into the store at all because I ordered it online, my review is for mattress firm in general. I actually laid on mattresses at macys but before purchasing one, I checked mattress firm online and they had the same mattress that I wanted for $100 cheaper, including the delivery fee, So I purchased the mattress plus unboxing delivery & old mattress removal. Im very pleased with the price of everything, it was very affordable and reasonable. I received my mattress today and the delivery service was great, they were right on time, polite, graceful, used shoe covers, and were very fast because they know what they’re doing. It took them surprisingly only about 5 minutes for the entire ordeal, granted I was fully prepared because I read the email sent by mattress firm. Prior to their arrival I removed all sheets and blankets from the old mattress, I cleared a walk way for them, and I secured my pets. The bedroom was also near the front door and there was no stairs that’s why the delivery was so fast. I’m impressed so far and I’m looking forward to sleeping on my brand new mattress! I suggest not putting the sheets and blankets on right away, open windows and have a fan on to let the mattress air out a bit because it was a little smelly from being in a warehouse and truck for some time. I definitely recommend mattress firm for their great deals & prices, excellent delivery service, and communicative emails and texts.
