I walked into Mattress Firm this evening with the intention of purchasing one pillow to help me with my neck pain. I visited with my daughter and went straight for the item I wanted. I was assisted by Mr. Robert Davis and this was truly the best service I’ve ever had the experience of having. A short time peppered with words of wisdom I didn’t know I needed to hear. I left with two pillows (one for me and one for my daughter) and with tears of happiness in my eyes. What I know is that when I’m ready for my next purchase, I’ll be visiting this store again.
