My husband and I had a great experience here. First looked online at Costco. Then after researching local mattress stores chose Mattress Firm to look first. Tamara was really nice & informative. Helped us look at similar ones in store to what we wanted, then we ordered one online that matched our qualifications and had an upcoming sale too! Paid for delivery/ haul-a-way, and those guys (Hector and Miguel) were quick and professional! Our new "Beautyrest 14.5" 900 medium" King mattress was really hard off the bat - even after telling our kids to jump on it, and I walked on it a bit. My tailbone hurt sitting on it, and sleeping one night was torture. But keep in mind, I'm used to our old 7yo mattress that was caving in! So I put a 2" foam topper and it made allll the difference. Much more comfy. Will help as it takes time to break it in/ soften those coils.

Yours was the second store I visited. The first was very dirty and the only person in there was an employee who didn't really feel compelled to help us. So walking into your clean store was a refreshing delight. But even better was meeting Mario. He went above and beyond to help including pulling different mattresses out for me to try. First he asked me some questions to help him decide how to advise me. I was getting confused and tired, but he kept track of what I said about each one to help me decide. Finally, I was able to confidently make a decision. He made sure we were comfortable while he talked me through the transaction. He was an absolute delight to get to know. And I couldn't be happier with the experience and choice I made. Mario--I will send everyone his way!

Mario helped my wife and I select a bed. As we looked at the different mattresses and tried them out, he never rushed or hurried us and he patiently answered all of our questions. Mario never pressured us and was polite and courteous. We chose a bed and he checked on any sales incentives and other discounts to get us the best price. He explained each charge and fees. There are state mandated fees for mattresses which we were not aware of. He discussed the delivery date and what to expect. He checked again for any discounts and found some that saved us $600.00. Mario does his best for his customers. We recommend that you see Mario for your next mattress/bed.

Wife and I went in to look for an inexpensive mattress for our guest bedroom. We were helped by Mario, who did a great job of helping us find a mattress that suited our needs and budget, and we were able to get delivery in a timely fashion. All in all a great experience.
