Barry was so kind and so patient. We had never purchased a high quality new mattress before. It’s a big deal and can be overwhelming. He let us try everything multiple times, gave us space to hang out a few hours to discuss and consider, walked us through the options. Very low pressure. And after several weeks with the Sealy Posturpedic and Tempur Ergo base at home, we love the whole setup. We had planned on only a mattress, but the adjustable base is what has truly changed our sleep quality. Barry even offered adjustments if the mattress goes on sale, which he accommodated when it happened the next month. Just outstanding, old fashioned awesome customer service. We will recommend him by name, suggesting family and friends (and you, stranger) head over to Sherwood Mattress Firm for his informative support. An excellent experience all around and money well spent.
View on GoogleWe had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Sherwood thanks to Tony! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and we never once felt pressured to buy a specific mattress or be pushed toward a more expensive option. He gave us plenty of space to take our time and showed us as many mattresses as we needed to feel comfortable making a decision. We brought our 3.5-year-old son with us, and Tony was amazing with him. He was patient and even distracted him with coloring while we tested mattresses, which made the whole experience so much less stressful for us. We highly recommend Tony at Mattress Firm in Sherwood. Excellent customer service and an all-around great experience!
View on GoogleWe had a minor product blemish that was rectified to my satisfaction. Managers Barry and Tony were responsive to my concerns, and it was addressed. The TEMPUR-Ergo Extend Smart Adjustable Base is a quality product. Mattress Firm Sherwood, is a very professional company that stands behind their products. I was very pleased with my purchase.
View on GoogleTorrie was very informative and very helpful! She walked us through everything and let us experience the difference between mattresses and bedframes. She's very knowledgeable in her job and I'm appreciative that we got her to help us! I'd definitely recommend her if shopping for a new mattress.
