Mattress World Northwest Salem

Came in the 4th sales, found a great mattress and adjustable base set thanks to Mike C., super friendly and helpful. Even helped our kiddo figure out the massage chair while we tried mattresses :)

Mattress World truly exceeded my expectations and Mike made the entire experience exceptional. From the moment I walked in he was welcoming knowledgeable and genuinely focused on helping me find the right mattress rather than just making a sale. He took the time to understand my needs answered every question with patience and explained the differences between options in a way that actually made sense. What stood out most was how caring and professional Mike was. There was no pressure at all just honest guidance and great energy. I left feeling confident in my purchase and comfortable that I had made the right choice. If you are looking for outstanding service and someone who truly cares about your comfort ask for Mike at Mattress World. I could not recommend him or this store more highly.

Mike was very helpful and worked with us on everything we asked for! After sleeping on the mattress for a month we realized it would be too firm. At this point I could have taken the mattress back & got money back, but talking to Mike C again he said to try to see if it breaks down any better in the 90 days, gave some recommendations & said after that we can exchange & talked me through the process. I decided to try this route bc my husband & I usually do like a harder mattress. Still at this point it was too hard so I went through with the exchange & again Mike C. Helped. He gave recommendations let me try out many for long periods of time, yes he did try & work a deal that I would have loved to do, but there was no pressure. I decided on a mattress at the same price point that I returned. Unfortunately after a exchange you cannot do another exchange, but this was all on me. I researched my 1st mattress & thought it was going to be the one, but after not having a new one in years I guess we just didn't know what we needed. It isn't on them that we waited & didn't return or couldn't pick the right mattress for us. Sure if we had the extra 1k to spend we would have loved the other mattress, but we just were stretched already at that point.

Roman was the best, he was very helpful, friendly, smiled, great personality, would come back again.

Mike was our sales person. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He made buying a mattress a fun experience. Mattress World NW (Lancaster) had what we wanted in stock and our delivery is Tuesday. We are excited to try out our adjustable spilt King set up. Thank you Mike.
