I would like to recognize Scott Cole for his outstanding customer service. I visited the store on Sunday, March 14, looking for a chest for my daughter, who had just had a baby, and I found one that I really liked. I knew I had a store credit, but at first Scott was unable to locate it. After continuing to search for a couple of days, he was able to find my credit, which allowed us to complete the purchase of the chest. Scott truly went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, and I sincerely appreciate his dedication and effort. You need more people like Scott on your team.

Outstanding experience buying a sectional. Our Sales/designer Consultant (Samantha Spiegel) provided us with very attentive service. She was genuinely interested in matching us with what we were looking for. She did an excellent job answering every question we had to our satisfaction. Although the furniture we ordered has a potential delivery delay of 3 months we are 100% confident we made the correct purchase. Highly recommend this retailer for quality furniture and a pleasant shopping and buying experience. As they openly announce the company as family owned and faith based company, trust is easy to extend right from the start.

We went to Hudson’s in south Sarasota in search of two recliners for our new tiny space out of state and were fortunate to meet Seamus when we came in. He left us to look without hanging too close and when we decided on what we liked, he explained all the recliner details and offered that there was an upcoming sales event in just a few days and extended us an invitation. We came back today and placed our order to confirm the deal. What a great experience! We expect to be back for more pieces in the not too distant future. This group is a pleasure to work with!

This was my first visit to Hudson's Furniture. I was assisted by Mike Binck. He was determined to find a sofa and recliner that would be exactly what I was shopping for, and did not give up until that was accomplished. He was professional; yet friendly and fun. Be sure to ask for Mike BINCK when you shop at Hudson's. You will enjoy the experience and more than likely leave with a happy purchase! 👍
