We had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Sarasota. From start to finish, everything was easy, quick, and completely stress-free. The pricing was very competitive, and we felt like we got a great deal without any pressure. Our sales associate, Chuck, was absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure we found exactly what we needed and answered all of our questions with patience and expertise. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a new mattress!

Chuck was a tremendous help in helping my husband and myself in selecting the correct mattress for our needs. Very knowledgeable. We chose a California king hybrid temper pedic with adjustable base. Can't wait for it to be delivered.

The manager, Tony, did a great job showing us the differences in mattresses. He was very professional. He never tried to push us above our price point. We chose an adjustable base after trying it. Delivery and setup in 48 hours was an acceptable $149 and they took away the old mattress and box spring.
