Mattress Firm Shops at Lake Havasu

I was greeted at the door with the very warm welcome. I bought a pair of twin sheets and was treated with great respect. The person waiting on me, Sharrie, always makes me feel very special. She is very kind and helpful and caring. She is a great person to represent Mattress Firm. I would recommend anyone to go in and see her if I knew they were in need of a bed or sheets.

First I started on the phone with Sharee about ordering the wrong size mattress. She immediately took care of that and helping me at the store to find a different one. Also then again I called there to order an adjustable base. She once agin took great care of that to make sure it was coming with my delivery. Thank you Sharee for everything.

Absolutely wonderful experience!!! Sharee Reed was extremely knowledgeable patient and genuinely focused on helping us find the perfect mattress rather than making us, though she answered all of our questions made the process a simple and easy stress-free provided outstanding customer service. We couldn’t be happier with our highly recommendation on her work.!!!

I was in desperate need of a mattress as I have just recently moved to Lake Havasu. My movers are delayed by a day or two. Charles was so very helpful. He helped me to find a wonderful new mattress that I know I will enjoy for years to come. He also went above and beyond to get it delivered the next day.
