Mattress Firm Shrewsbury

Ashley was the best! She took the time to let me try multiple mattresses and educated me on each one. Never rushing me once. She was very patient and talked me through my decision in my very first “big girl” mattress lol. I highly recommend Ashley & Mattress firm in Shrewsbury if you’re thinking about getting a new mattress :)

I love this mattress firm location. I love that it has been around for decades continuously servicing our neighborhood. That’s a good thing. I have always had a good experience when I come to this store, whether it is to browse or to shop, I consistantly find friendliness and professional service. Yesterday was another easy satisfying experience. The gentleman (Dean) who assisted us was friendly and humorous, patient and thorough in his approach to helping us. He seemed to care most about us finding the comfort level of mattress we were looking for along the whole ranges of mattress types and price points. He honestly made the experience fun, interactive and stress free. I highly recommend Mattess Firm and stopping by when Dean is there! We ending up purchasing a mattess and frame yesterday but, honestly I would have written the same review if we hadn’t as it was a seamless interaction. We used the financing option and he guided us through it and again made it very simple. Thank you Dean! To the folks at Mattress Firm thank you for encouraging and instilling professional, compétant and friendly service. In today’s world that is an enormous achievement.

I had a great experience with Mattress Firm, just the right mattress for me, Dean was very helpful! Scheduled at a convenient time and they updated me with a more accurate window of time the day of delivery. The delivery and set up was quick and through, Elvin did a wonderful job as well as other gentleman who delivered with him!

Ashley was amazing! So helpful, patient and knowledgeable . She made the process so easy for us as we were buying a matress for our daughter in another state. We really appreciated her assistance . I will also say Dean was great. We had visited the store with Ashley several times but called the store to actually place the order, but it was Ashley’s day off. I explained to Dean that Ashley had helped us several times in the store , Dean understood and assured he would place the order for Ashley.

Mike is the man! He was extremely patient with us as he showed real care in getting us the right mattress. He was extremely honest and I’m not sure there are many people who could be more knowledgeable on given his background. Best salesman I’ve ever met!
