Purple - Grove At Shrewsbury

Save your money. So disappointed. The product is over rated and over priced. purchased a purple mattress in February restore hybrid plus within 2 weeks I developed back pain. Called purple to start the exchange process. Let’s just say you are monetarily punished for returning and exchanging. Upgraded to rejuvenate and could not use any promotional prices had to pay full retail. And was charge a pick up fee and another delivery fee. I’m in for about 6,600 and was only refunded about 1000 dollars. I am still not happy with the exchange but returning it will cost me another 350.00. I should have stayed with my Sterns and Foster !

We just purchased a purple mattress from the purple store at the Grove in Shrewsbury. My husband and I were trying different beds for months before we decided to buy the purple… Our consultant Dawn was the absolute best! We never felt pressure. We just got great information and reassurance that our purchase was protected and that we had the ability to change our mind and that it wasn’t difficult at all if we did… Well, fast forward, three weeks later and we love our bed! I highly recommend the mattress and even more highly recommend working with Dawn! Thank you so much! We are happy purple sleepers!

Wife and I went to the showroom with no intention of buying a mattress but just wanted to try out the different styles. We were greeted by Dylan and he was amazing! He was very friendly and helpful, as with the other staff in the store. After trying several different mattresses and having such a great and friendly experience with Dylan, we decided to just buy the mattress and bedframe then and there. We love our new bed set up. We tried a lot of different places like mattress firm but were really turned off by the sales people. But at Purple, the experience was very pleasant and easy. Thank you!

Our purple mattress and pillow purchase experience at the Shrewsbury Showroom was amazing! We had the Sleep Number bed prior to our purchase and this set is hands down the best product we have ever purchased. It has significantly increased our overall comfort. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new mattress and pillows. We also have the base and headboard, which was easy to install and excellent quality. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our Purple experience has been!

My husband and I recently visited this location in Shrewsbury and were greeted by Jeni. Not only did we purchase a mattress but got pillows as well. She was so knowledgeable about the mattresses and differences with each and I appreciated her very kind demeanor as I had asked a lot of questions as I knew this would be a big purchase for us. Her “not pushy” positive attitude made us very relieved as the store set up in the front almost makes you feel you’ll be pushed into a sale and that was very much the opposite experience for us. I highly suggest working with Jeni if you can!
