Boll & Branch

Nicola from the Shrewsbury Boll & Branch store just completed installation of all of my bedding, towels, pillows and more, and I can’t sing her praises enough! Her customer service was absolutely AMAZING from beginning to end. She is extremely knowledgeable about all of their products and her attention to detail, reliability, and calming demeanor made the experience very enjoyable throughout. I also LOVE all of the products, especially my Supima cotton sheets and dream robe. I highly recommend Bill & Branch and Nicola!

I can’t stop singing praises about NICOLA. Nicola went so far above and being customer service that on a 10-point scale, she is at least a 50. I had contacted the main office regarding bedding and linens in a color I really liked. To my dismay, I learned that color was seasonal and had been discontinued. Rachel checked branch inventory and provided names and numbers of three stores that showed one item and explained those stores may no longer have the item. Enter Nicola! As I live a few states away from New Jersey, I called the Shrewsbury branch. The first thing that impressed about Nicola was her attitude. She was positively upbeat, optimistic, and helpful! She went through their backstock and discovered one item in that color. Second,Nicola was very proactive—she voluntarily checked other branches’ inventories and gave their names and numbers to me as it appeared they might have other bedding items in the color I wanted. Third, Nicola offered some suggestions to my questions. She is a design consultant for Boll & Branch, and her incredibly insightful ideas made my decision-making easier. Fourth, she followed up and ensured I knew when she was shipping the items and when to expect them. Nicola gifted me with expedited mail, free of charge. Nicola’s customer service is the gold standard. She was pure joy - absolutely delightful, knowledgeable, and professional. And, she offers a product second to none. Organic, chemical-free bedding that feels as luxurious as it is healthy for us. Nicola made a loyal fan of the company and her service.

I have been purchasing B & B sheets since 2014. Believe me, the sheets you receive now are sorely diminished from the original product. Sheets are at least three inches shorter on all sides. Quality is dismissed and now sheets fade horribly! I recently purchased a new bottom king sheet and the color was nothing like the matching top I had at home. Top sheet was only a year old. Boll and Branch was founded on luxury sheets that are affordable. Now, you get less sheet, decreased quality yet we pay more money. The original king sheet set sold for $200. Now we pay $300 for less product. When the founders decided to be in the “we sell everything” business, consumers suffered. A famous radio personality used to advertise B & B sheets. He would find no reason to tout this company anymore. Now, it is all about profit and greed.

We ordered online and had an issue with the coloring, after going into the store today, the ladies that ran the store were so incredibly helpful, troubleshot some pricing questions until they resolved it all, and even went out of their way to be incredibly sweet and generous to my two toddlers, giving them water, cookies and cups from the grand opening. I will only shop at this store going forward, truly amazing customer service.

I cannot speak highly enough about this store, brand and the ladies that work there. They helped me pick out the most perfect bedding and pillows. They really elevated my room. They came and styled it perfectly. I cannot wait to work on other rooms in my home with them. Thank you!
