Eddie was extremely helpful but not pushy/salesy; he was patient and informative. I was able to take my time and find the perfect mattress for me. Great place for getting a tempurpedic. So excited now for my sleep at night! The adjustable base wasn't necessary and I wasn't planning on getting it, but after testing it out I knew I needed it. They were considerate of the budget and gave great deals. Would recommend!!

Today we came in to get a new mattress while moving. Eddie made the experience stress free and enjoyable! He found us an outstanding mattress within our budget. While we were filing out the paperwork he made us feel comfortable with light hearted conversation and offered us cold water. Came for the bed and left incredibly satisfied! Amazing experience with Eddie. He was super informative and was cognizant of the wide range of possible budgets. The sleep assessment presentation was super cool. He helped us find a king mattress with an adjustable base which is going to be a game changer for my back and hips. He also got us a new guest room queen mattress set for a great price.

We went in to mattress firm to try out pillows. We ended up loving the feel of the Purple Dream Layer pillows. When trying them out on a soft luxury mattress in store, it felt great. So we purchased these pricey pillows thinking we had at least 30 nights to try them at home on our mattress (considering thats also Purples policy). We were not told pillows are excluded from the mattressfirm sleep trial and didn’t learn this until AFTER we purchased them and saw on our receipt that pillows are nonrefundable. Going forward it’s best to just purchase pillows through the manufacturer so you can try them at home for several nights before fully deciding. Mattressfirm, there should have been better transparency about your policy. Won’t do that again.
