Very knowledgeable and friendly sales person . I had previously visited a Mattress Firm in another town and found the mattress I liked. The salesman on Siegel Lane honored the price quote. The delivery men were very efficient and quick in their set up. They interacted with friendly conversations with me. They made sure I was pleased with everything before they left. 👏👏👏

Jay is definitely a “sleep expert.” He greeted us immediately when we walked in, took his time with us, and listened to our needs. He is very knowledgeable about his products but not arrogant or condescending. Super friendly and kind!! We are very satisfied with our experience and look forward to getting some better nights sleep on our new mattress with adjustable base. :)

Elise did a wonderful job helping us. The other team members there that day were also extremely nice and helpful. The place was clean and pleasant to be in while we waited to be assisted. Elise found us some really good discounts even though the mattress we chose wasn’t on sale. It was really appreciated that she took time to save us money. We felt no pressure to buy but was informed of other products. We did purchase a king mattress which will come in mid January.
