I had an amazing experience at Mattress Direct thanks to Taylor! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to my needs. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect mattress without any pressure. And the price?? We went to FOUR different stores and Mattress Direct had the best prices in town. They have this bed match machine that is powered by AI and takes a 3-D scan of your body and asks some health questions. It will then calculate a list of mattresses that are the perfect support for you. And the bed that it picked for me was super affordable. Taylor's customer service was exceptional--she was patient, kind, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. I left feeling confident in my purchase and grateful for such a smooth experience. If you're looking for top-notch service, I highly recommend asking for Taylor at Mattress Direct. Five stars all the way!

Taylor Guidry is fantastic! I would highly recommend this location and Taylor for all mattress needs! She knows how to set you up with the perfect mattress for your specific needs. She helped my sons who are going to be playing for the LSU football team find their perfect beds. Moving from out-of-state can be a lot and Taylor made this in a seamless experience. I highly recommend her!

I shop at a lot of places for different things and so few have good customer service. I have been in retail sales at Radio Shack for a few years in my past, so i know what a good customer service experience is. Few of them stand out in my mind for return business. That being said we went looking for a new mattress, ended up at Mattress Direct on siegen lane in Baton Rouge. There we found extraordinary customer service. Derek Barton analyze us with a fabulous machine and helped us find the right mattress for us, we ended us getting a new fram part that was more adjustable and helped my wife feel better. So we purchased the whole bed, this to me was not an upsell, just a salesmen who took the time to find us a bed that is more comfortable and better than what we had. Then we met Taylor Guidry, she did an extraordinary job, helping us with the financing. Both of them worked like a team to help us find and purchase a very nice bed. I cannot remember the last time I had a customer service experience at this level truly top notch. Yall have an extraordinary team at your seagan location. Huge thanks to Derek and Taylor for the best customer service experience that i've had in years! And yes i will be a repeat customer.

Absolutely outstanding service from Taylor! I had a last-minute mattress emergency and walked into the store feeling stressed. Taylor, the manager, immediately took care of me like I was family. She went above and beyond to find me the best possible price, worked with me on options, and made sure I got an incredible deal without any pressure.
