My experience today in purchasing 2 mattress sets with Junius was OUTSTANDING!!! He took the time to explain the mattress firmness verses the other styles and types and quality. I really appreciate the customer service he gave me. Upon that quality of customer service I purchased both mattress sets. One for me and my granddaughter. Awesome job Junius!!. I strongly recommend this business 👌

My elderly Brother asked me to find him a comfortable pillow, so I went to Mattress Firm on Airline Hwy. Baton Rouge and there the journey began. I test drove (Lol) Every Pillow in the store. Mr. JUNIUS was an Expert on the quality and function of each pillow. He took me throw all the levels of sleep quality and benefits. His patience and kindness spoke volumes to me as he cared more about my comfort than just making a sale. This type of customer care is rare these days and a luxury pillow that cost 300$ deserves educating the consumer. As a result of his Exceptional Customer Service and knowledge I received I purchased two pillows, 1 for my Brother and 1 for myself. Make sure you Call and Request this Young Man before you arrive to make sure he is there to Assist FIVE STAR ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Customer Service!! I realized that my lack of sleep may also be affected by my pillow. I just Recieved my Pillow and had the best Night sleep ever. During my test drive of Pillows I also realized the KING pillow was what I needed as a side sleeper, when I roll to tmy left or right side I had no support? Now I discovered the length of the King offers support on both sides. "Ingenious" Lol 😴 I'm so grateful for my experience and feel this was the best investment I've made into my Sleep Quality and Wellness. I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea, my first night sleeping on this pillow I did not get out of bed. Thank you again Mr. JUNIUS for your Great Patience and Knowledge. I plan to revisit when I'm back in November. This time I would be interested in an adjustable bed with a Tempurpedic Mattress to pair with the Tempur Breeze Pro Pillow High King Pillow for my Brother. 👑

Junius was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we found the right product for our needs. His outstanding customer service made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Because of Junius, I will definitely return to Mattress Farm in the future and highly recommend both him and the store to others.

Bought a new bed and needed a mattress. We’d used this particular Mattress Firm before so we knew where we wanted to go. Met Alex and he was great! Knowledgeable, efficient and so so nice! I think we were in/out in 30 minutes. Definitely would recommend this store and if you go, ask for Alex

The salesman, Mr. Jeffery was very nice. He went over and above to make us feel comfortable and we were. The store was clean and smelled very nice. That was very important to me. He made me and my husband feel like we've been there before. He was a kind and patient with us.
