Mattress Firm South Plaza

Bradly is amazing! I was immediately greeted by all the guys when I came in store. Told Bradly what I was looking for & price range, he took me through a few options. We found my perfect bed within 30 minutes. So very glad Mattress Firm was my 1st stop!

Johnmichael and Bradley were the absolute best. I have never shopped for or owned a brand new mattress before. Both of them made the process enjoyable and simple! They made sure I tried out different types to compare to what I had at home to make sure I found the perfect fit for my sleep pattern and body. The knowledge that goes into this process is underrated. Without their help and understanding of the business, I don’t think I would have found the perfect mattress that I found today! Thank you to the both of them! Highly recommended and great customer service!

My family has purchased 3 mattresses in this location and have always had a wonderful experience. We have worked with Brad every time and he is always kind and very helpful when it comes to our questions. Never feeling pressured always leaving happy with our purchases.

I purchased a king mattress at this location with my wife in late December 2025, and I would rate my experience with Jay 10 stars if I could. The last time I bought a mattress was about 10 years ago, and my brother was my salesperson; someone I deeply trust for his integrity and product knowledge. That’s relevant because this experience felt exactly the same. Jay was incredibly patient in giving me all the time I needed and answered every question without hesitation. He made recommendations based on his own personal experience, which I really appreciated. I ultimately purchased a more expensive mattress because it truly felt like a dream. I was able to save a lot of money by purchasing a returned mattress from the outlet of the more expensive model I wanted. Jay explained how thorough Mattress Firm is in sanitizing their mattresses that have been returned within their sleep trial period. I felt so welcome and informed throughout the process that I bought the mattress the same day. I had previously shopped at another mattress store and didn’t feel anywhere near as comfortable or confident. Jay made it easy to find a king mattress that worked for both my wife’s and my comfort preferences, which I wasn’t sure was possible going in without spending more money than I could afford. All of the staff at Mattress Firm were professional, friendly, and resourceful. The gentlemen (Israel and another person whom I didn't get his name) who delivered my mattress and put it together were kind, efficient and provided the courtesy to allow me to inspect the mattress before receiving it. I am truly appreciative of the entire Mattress Firm South Plaza team.

Brad and Jason over there were awesome! We exchanged the mattress and we are happy with our purchase. We ended up with a Sealy Tanglewood med pillow top. We walked on it and got it broke in and I can’t wait to lay down. Zzzzzz ! The base has all the features including vibrate wave mode 💥 love it!! Ohhh and give Jason a raise, he is such a great salesman , overall nice guy!
