We had an amazing experience at Regency Furniture! Our sales rep, Jenissa, was absolutely wonderful—very knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything so easy from start to finish. The delivery was quick and efficient, and everyone we interacted with, right down to the manager, was so kind and professional. Truly top-notch service all around! Highly recommend asking for Jenissa if you’re shopping at Regency Furniture.

After month 8 of having the Ricky recliner couch, the seats started leaning towards the middle. Over a month to get an appt with the technician, which is a contractor. Tech moved the structure underneath to see if it gets better and using zipties to hold the spring together. Since it was no improvement, he evaluated the issue as wear and tear. Regency Brandywine customer service awful aswell. Technician closed the case, nothing they can do. Protection plan wont cover sofa structure issues. Warranty and protection plan fake, waste of money.

Jeana was extremely helpful. She was patient, not at all pushy or aggressive like sales people sometimes are. We came in only to browse but ended up buying a new bedroom and living room set because we were so pleased with her professionalism. When we told her we were only there to browse we expected to be neglected but Jeana gave us her time and attention anyways. She was great. Will definitely be going back in the future to ask for her.

Ordered some couches from there, got it delivered not long ago. Looks great and feels great took them no time to bring it in and setup. The sales rep Jeana was very awesome and helpful with my purchase. Thanks for the delivery guys and thank you Jeana for helping me out!
