Dylan was a great salesman. Very polite and a great personality. I purchased a split king mattress topper and he went out of his way to be sure I purchased the correct size and gave me a great price. He carried it to the car for me also. I will definitely recommend this store.

My friend Chloe was looking for a king size mattress good quality on sale. Even with a sale there are no reasonable prices for good mattresses. She laid down on a purple mattress and it was all over. Lol The sales manager Dylan was extremely knowledgeable and was more worried about her comfort then on how much of a sale he could make. Waiting for delivery this Sunday will follow up after a couple of weeks! Thank you, Dylan!

Dylan, the store manager, met us when we first arrived. He spent as much time as needed to show us the inventory and to explain the differences. Answered all our questions. Cleared up some “buyer’s misconceptions.” He was very thorough and informative. We ended up opting for a more expensive Tempur-pedicure system due to understanding the features and value and fulfilling our sleep needs. The purchase process went smoothly and scheduled a delivery/pickup at our home two days later. The delivery was also smooth and questions answered. All in all, the whole process was the best ever from the buyer’s point of view. I recommend this store and sales people wholeheartedly! This was the Stuart south Federal Hwy store.

Barbra was amazing! She was not only extremely knowledgeable about our options and price range, but also incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to recommend the best mattress for my needs and even gave us the option to lock in the price while we took a few days to make our decision. I would 100% recommend her and this location!

Bought a mattress from this store and the salesman offered one of their high end mattresses (sealy posturepedic) for 50% off which sounded like an incredible deal. But what he failed to mention to us was that it was a non refundable purchase for the discount. We liked the model in store but when we received the mattress it was much more firm than what we wanted and what the display mattress felt like. They said the mattress needed to be broken in so we gave it a couple more months. I started having back and neck pain after a couple weeks that has been persistent ever since. I contacted them again and they refused to let me return or exchange the mattress only offering a mattress topper. It has now been 4 months since the purchase and I have daily back/neck pain and am out $1600. We will have to buy another mattress when we can afford it. On top of all of this he also tried to get us to finance the mattress since we didn't have a very large budget. What he also left out was that this finance option was a mattress firm credit card, luckily I caught onto this before I signed up for it and paid for the mattress out right. Very poor return policy, I feel taken advantage of.
