Mattress Firm Stuart Center

What a wonderful experience! Would recommend this branch to everyone. Keith and Jamie were so knowledgeable and patient. We learned so much and are super excited to try out our new Tempur-pedic bed!

The store had three other customers with Keith the only sales person. He handled all very quickly. He sold to at least one other. He was quick and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him and the product.

We recently visited Mattress Firm in Stuart and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, making the entire process easy and stress-free. We truly felt valued as customers and really appreciated the excellent service we received. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience working with Jaime. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel pressured to make a purchase. Instead, she took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the right option for my needs. What impressed me most was her ability to provide outstanding customer service while being the only employee in the store. Despite having multiple customers needing assistance at the same time, Jaime remained professional, attentive, and made sure everyone received the help they needed. She handled a busy situation with grace and efficiency, all while maintaining a positive attitude. Jaime is truly an exceptional employee, and her dedication to her customers does not go unnoticed. She made my shopping experience enjoyable, and I would gladly return because of the service she provided.

I had an outstanding experience working with Jamie, a Sales Associate at Mattress Firm. She truly went above and beyond what you would expect in a retail setting. Jamie assisted a single father with three young children and handled the situation with both professionalism and genuine compassion. She worked efficiently to help select and finalize the purchase of twin mattresses, ensuring everything was completed within an hour while also arranging a prompt delivery. What stood out most was her level of care and follow-through. Jamie coordinated seamlessly with family members who live out of state, who were also helping support the purchase, keeping everyone informed and aligned. She maintained communication via text, shared photos of available options, and continued to check in to ensure everything stayed on track through delivery. Her dedication, responsiveness, and kindness made a potentially stressful situation feel manageable and supported. Jamie is a true asset to Mattress Firm, and I highly recommend working with her.
