Nebai is so knowledgeable and walked me through all the latest technology and which options will best support my sleep habits & sleep cycle. I really appreciated his excellent customer service, how he listened to my needs, and helped me work within my budget. He’s fantastic and will recommend him to everyone I know!

My husband and I have been to 3 Mattress Firms in the past year and half, we bought a queen size mattress last year but needed to upgrade to a king since we're moving and we're upgrading. This was by far the best service we got from the 3 locations we've been to. We were helped by Victoria and she was able to show us several different types of mattresses compared to the one we had last year, she found us a great deal and we decided to go with a tempur-pedic which is something we thought we couldn't afford at first but we were able to stay within our budget. My husband and I had so many questions and Victoria was able to answer all of them, she was also super knowledgeable about the mattresses themselves and gave us a lot of information (I was actually really impressed how much she knew), she was super patient with us as we had to bring our baby with us so it took a little long for us to decide. HIGHLY recommend this location, look/ask for Victoria because you know she'll take care of you. We felt so good on the drive home about our decision and even got our mattress the very next day.

They were incredibly knowledgeable about the different mattress types, explained the pros and cons of each, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Shopping for a mattress sounds awkward and unglamorous on paper but we had a great time and left with the perfect new bed thanks to Victoria. She was helpful, informative and funny, and made the experience a total joy. There was zero sales pressure that you might expect and she let us test out way too many models til we found our favorite. We left the store to deliberate but then decided in the parking lot that we had all the facts and turned right back to make the purchase. I’m sure everyone else at this location is lovely but we felt lucky to have her. Big thanks to Victoria!

Victoria was super helpful and patient. We had active kids running around, and she set them up with crayons and paper for drawing while answering our questions. She was great at multitasking, had great knowledge of the store’s products, and helped us pick a great mattress within our budget.
