Was there a week ago to purchase a pillow. Ross was there to welcome me into the store while the other two sales rep kept on having their conversation. View on GoogleRoss at the Mattress Depot USA Southcenter Tukwila store was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect pillow for me. His knowledge about the physics of head, neck and torso alignment and pressure dynamics is 2nd to none. And I am so grateful because I finally found a pillow that gives my head and neck the support I need. The pillow he recommended was at the other location in Tukwila and Herb was very helpful too. If you think a pillow is just a pillow - which I used to think after researching and trying so so many and being so disappointed and spending a fortune in the process - save yourself the hassle, time and money and go see Ross. I can’t stress enough what a gem he is. And after months and months of research I ended up with a pillow from a brand I never heard of but was perfect for me thanks to Ross. When you research as much as I did you see a lot of the same brands listed and I tried a lot of them - as all pillows are marketed with the same lingo pretty much which makes it so very hard to find what you actually need and works for you. I can’t recommend Ross enough. Thanks Ross! And thank you Herb too! You both made the experience worthwhile. And just a heads up to anyone new to the experience, as Ross and Herb will tell you, try the pillow on a bed in the store that matches the firmness of the bed you have at home. It makes a huge difference in how a pillow feels and supports your head and neck; ie a pillow on a medium firm bed will feel different from trying that very same pillow on a soft, firm or extra firm mattress.

After checking out other stores, I found myself coming back to Mattress Depot, and I'm so glad I did. Ross welcomed me and my husband with open arms and made the entire experience comfortable and stress free. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and never once made us feel pressured. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to make the best choice for my comfort and quality of sleep. His customer service was exceptional. I even ended up purchasing some sheets as well!

He took the time to walk us through the different mattresses we tested, explain the features of each one, and answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. I ended up purchasing a side sleeper pillow and am excited to try it tonight. The service was outstanding, and Herb’s knowledge made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.
