I recently moved and needed a new mattress as soon as possible. I stopped here thinking it would be a bigger task but the staff made it so easy. Audrey helped me find exactly what I was looking for very efficiently while also ensuring a really good quality. Also super pleasant to chat with. My mattress arrived today and it’s perfect. Went into purchase a mattress today. Good selection, friendly atmosphere, Audrey helped us. Service was GREAT! She was super nice, no pressure. Her assistant (aka the store manager) was also GREAT! We spent more time taking to them then purchasing the mattress. Would recommend this store and staff to anyone in the market for a new bed

Five stars for Lajuan, our sleep expert at Mattress Firm. We came in to try the Tempur-Pedic mattress and adjustable base, and he walked us through every product line in detail, the pros, the cons, and honest pricing on each. He was patient, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly the whole time. He took the time to test every combination and option with us, then wrapped everything up with a great deal and a flexible delivery plan. If you want someone who truly knows the products and looks out for you, ask for Lajuan.

This was our second experience with buying a mattress at Mattress Firm and working with Joseph. Once again, he provided excellent customer service-he consistently goes above and beyond. Not only is he super knowledgeable but he is also attentive, detail-oriented and patient through the process. We needed to reschedule our delivery date and he was so understanding and responded quickly to resolve our issue. He has become our go-to person for mattresses. Highly recommend!

The shopping experience was pretty good here. We came on the thanksgiving weekend and the staff member Star and her manager Ruby helped us. Star was very nice and patient and walked us through different options of high and mid-end mattresses. We chose a Purple in the end because it fits our budget better and we had one in the past. Star got us a better deal compared to buying in the Purple official store. Overall pretty good experience and will wait for the delivery to come in.
