Mattress Firm Cupertino Crossroads

Happy with my purchase but I was not very happy with the sleep expert in store. I understand she was trying to sell me products and get me to purchase set up and delivery, but I didn’t need the assistance. I really wanted to take my bed home the same day, but she said that was not an option, and I could pick up in store later in the month. I asked her to check surrounding stores (many available to take home in surrounding cities) and she said none were available either. She said delivery was not free, and she would just give me a discount. I had to go on Mattress Firm website and show her that delivery to my front door was in fact Free. She agreed to have it delivered the next day, but it was my day off and I would have preferred to take the bed home and set it up when I had time. Again, I understand you are expected to sell additional products and services, but I was very kind and patient and would have liked to have a different experience.

Joseph was AMAZING!!! He was so detailed, didn’t pressure us and helped us find something amazing in our budget. We left feeling so great about the experience. Seriously, it was just buying a bed but such a wonderful experience. The bed was for my daughter who has scoliosis and he made sure she got what is best for her. Thank you Joseph!! I will highly recommend you to everyone I know.

Joseph was fantastic! He really knows his stuff. We gave him the details on the mattress that we are currently using and why we weren’t happy with it. He immediately knew which mattresses would fit us better, and was very patient as we tried them all out. He also educated us on how these mattresses were put together and what all the different materials were. We felt much more knowledgeable about purchasing a mattress, and did end up buying one. I can’t wait to have it delivered, and start getting better sleep!

We purchased the other day and delivered today also will give the two guys that delivered it a 10 stars ! by B.buckvar (Cupertino)
