Mattress Firm Sunnyvale

Great experience from start to finish! The staff at the store was very helpful and took the time to show me several mattress options without any pressure. They helped me find the one that worked best for me. I’m very happy with my new mattress—They also had good deals! Excellent service and selection! Delivery went smoothly 👌

First time buying a new mattress for me and the first time my wife has bought a mattress in 25yrs. From the moment we walked in Calvin was outstanding! He made us feel very welcome, he was extremely knowledgeable, and he made us feel like we were shopping with a friend rather than a company employee. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a mattress. Calvin will take care of you.

Purchasing a mattress service here has been the most positive experience I’ve had in quite a while while making a home center purchase. Calvin was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. From the moment I stepped in the door to the moment we concluded our business, He was informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. He showed me everything I was interested in looking at, pointed at all the benefits, features and value of every item and was very specific to point out the long term advantage of working with Mattress Firm. After settling on the one I chose Calvin was thorough in arranging accessories to go with along with the delivery. Everything was seamless and I was in and out he was diligent and punctual, and that’s what I wanted. I wasn’t there to waste a lot of time I needed a mattress and he was succinct And timely in all his efforts. Hannah was the same. She was also very helpful and professional and assisted in the process equally as well. I highly recommend anybody work with one or both of these folks and I recommend this location for anybody who’s interested in making any sort of purchase When it comes to bedroom needs.

I had a great experience buying a pillow here! Calvin was extremely helpful and took the time to show us different options, including a variety of mattresses. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated his excellent customer service definitely recommend asking for Calvin if you’re shopping here!

Had a very wonderful experience with Calvin. He ensured we got exactly what we were looking for and was very helpful during the whole process. He answered a ton of our questions and provided a lot of knowledge. He really helped us to narrow down exactly what we were looking for when we started to become more indecisive between our options. We ended up staying a bit after closing, but he was very patient with us and offered the best service. We are so thankful for his help.
