We had issues with delivery including an adjustable base that didn't work, not once but twice. We had a billing issue with Synchrony Bank which they are correcting. Ryan our sales representative went above & beyond to ensure we then received working equipment in a quick manner. Ryan was friendly and responsive throughout the entire process. Ryan and his team were kindly accommodating to make things right which is why I'm giving 5 stars. Thanks Ryan!!

We were on the store when Ryan was working. Not only were we looking for a new mattress for our daughter but my husband and I were also looking for a new mattress. Ryan was so helpful with all of us. At this particular time, it started pouring outside so we just hung out with Ryan while he did research for my husband and I on a Cali. King Split Top; finding the best deal. Answered every question. Didn’t mind us staying in the store - just an overall great experience with an awesome sales guy. Thank you!

The sales representative, Sterling, was very helpful and really made my shopping experience wonderful. There was no pressure to buy, and I really feel like I made the best purchasing decision based on all the knowledge and professional advice given. I am so impressed that I am sure to buy another mattress here soon. I made a purchase with mattress firm online, but the delivery date was pushed back due to the base and mattress being out of stock online. I was going to have to wait a month out. I ended up canceling the order, and I am actually happy that everything worked out the way it did because the level of customer service I received was awesome, and I am happier with the bed I purchased in store. I usually don't like to buy in person because the pressure is so overwhelming but this was a very nice experience. Thank you Sterling.
