Rob was a welcoming, yet wonderful person to work with. He was able to educate me fully on the mattress in the store and was very knowledgeable about the design of mattress. He was even able to help me pick out my first queen size adjustable mattress which made the experience even better. I also love the fact that Mattress Firm delivers 7 days a week compared to waiting weeks for your purchase. I plan to forever shop at the Keystone location whenever I need a new mattress of any kind :)

We did a lot of shopping for a new mattress. I was inclined not to go to Mattress Firm because of a mediocre experience at a different location 10 years ago...but went into the store at Keystone Shoppes since it's very close to our home. Tessa was the most knowledgeable salesperson we encountered in half a dozen stores, by far. I may adjust this review after delivery, but certainly the sales process was excellent. MF's prices were competitive, and they had the best price on the adjustable frames of anyone, by far. The delivery fee is reasonable and their return and warranty policies are clear. We came to Mattress Firm after having a very bad experience a different local store. Let me say this: this was the opposite! Absolutely wonderful. Within 5 minutes of walking in, they were taking fantastic care of us! Tessa, in particular, worked closely with us to make sure we had exactly what we needed and rapidly, too! The other place took nearly 10 weeks to NOT deliver a mattress. Mattress Firm has us sleeping on our new bed in about 3 days, and at a better price than their competition. Even after placing the order, sales and shipping were giving realtime communication with us throughout the entire process. Go in, talk to Tessa, and get some great sleep! Thank you so much!

I worked with Tessa at the KEYSTONE store. This has been the BEST shopping experience of my 76 yr old life. Tessa has stayed with me through a tough sale. First, she ask me several questions then proceeded to show me beds that she thought would work based on my answers. The first thing that struck me is that she had listened to my answers and she didn't show me the top of the line most expensive bed. She offered several ways to pay and different options to optimize my purchase but she was never pushy nor did she threaten that if I didn't buy that day the price would go up. (How often have we all heard that story!) When I had trouble with financing she continued to explore option and opportunities even after I left the store. She texted me and we talked about my options. Well, a week later she had an option, I explored it and my new bed will be delivered in a few days. If not for Tessa I wouldn't have a new bed. Thank you Tessa and thank you Mattress Firm.

Tessa was so nice and helpful and was knowledgeable about what type of bed I should get due to my back pains, she didn’t try to sell my the most expensive bed and on the Contrary she was helping me get one within My budget! I came in that store frustrated and in back pains and walked out happy and excited to have a new bed! Thank you Tessa!
