I just wanted to say wow! I've never been so happy to buy a bed before! The experience was fun, quick, and easy thanks to Dave Blalock! He made the whole experience; without his services, I would have walked out in minutes! Choosing a mattress can be challenging because I thought I wanted a soft bed to help my back problem, but it turns out I need a firm one instead! He pointed me to a beautiful Black Diamond Beauty Rest mattress, and he was right! I’m a month in after the purchase, and I’m pleased and actually quite grateful I listened to his expertise. My experience here was absolutely beyond exceptional! Mr. Scott was able to provide a warm, informative, and very pleasant experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. I would say that his customer services skills exceeds any expectations! So much that I will highly recommend this location as all of the staff were friendly and pleasant. Mattresses are not a frequent purchase. That being said, when you purchase one after laying in a bowl for the past 6 years, you cherish a knowledgeable and patient sales person. Mattress firm in Troy, MI truly has a gem. Scott was very knowledgeable about how a mattess is supposed to contour and assit your body for a good night's rest. He was very kind and patient and his demonstrations would have you believe he invented the mattress himself! I was convinced of the mattress we purchased and very happy when we left. We spent a nice amount on the TempurPedic and usually i am so indecisive when making a large purchase, yet I felt not a single ounce of buyers remorse only excitement to get a nice bed to help my hip and my husband's chronic back pain. Scott assisted us with getting an appropriate deal and even recommended a very nice ice-cream shop down the plaza to take our children to after spending quite a bit of time there. Dave receives an honorable mention for being friendly and personable as well. Thank you Scott for a great customer service experience on an item that will be in my home for at least a decade! I can't wait to finally get some quality sleep.

We had such a genuinely great experience at Mattress Firm this past weekend and I wanted to give a well-deserved shoutout to our sleep expert, Scott. He made the entire process feel easy from the very beginning. He was incredibly patient, never pushy, and gave us plenty of space to actually try things out and figure out what felt right without hovering or rushing us. At the same time, he was super knowledgeable and taught us a lot about what to look for, which made us feel confident in our decision instead of second-guessing everything. Beyond that, he just has a delightful, easygoing personality that makes him really enjoyable to work with. Even after our purchase, he’s been available to answer questions and has been extremely helpful and accommodating as we’ve needed to adjust our mattress delivery date. Overall, he’s been an absolute pleasure to work with and I would 100% go back to him for any future mattress needs. If you’re shopping at this location, you’re in excellent hands with Scott!
