Joe captured my business by reaching out to me via text. He has exceptional customer service. He let us test drive all the beds to see what would suit our needs. Explained all the benefits that this product would deliver for us. Looking forward to receiving my Split King !

If you’re going to Mattress Firm, do yourself a favor and ask for Scott — seriously, don’t even bother with anyone else. Scott was incredible from start to finish. He actually listened to what we needed, asked the right questions, and didn’t push us toward the most expensive option. Instead, he walked us through everything in a way that made sense and helped us find the perfect mattress for our budget and sleep style. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and genuine he was. You can tell he truly cares about helping people sleep better — not just making a sale. He made the whole process easy, comfortable, and honestly enjoyable. If you want someone who’s patient, honest, and knows exactly what they’re doing, Scott is your guy. Go see Scott — you’ll thank yourself later.

Update: the owner did nothing but provide the generic customer service line I have already spent hours on the phone with. He also stated "we are unable to speak on what happens at the time of sale" which lets me know what kind of business this is. Most business owners are familiar with how their employees handle things, apparently not this business though. Very unhelpful. The owner has not reached out to me once, despite having all my contact info. Very poor experience working with Joseph Cracchiolo and Amir Khalil at this location. Both stated everything I was purchasing was returnable within a certain time period. I specifically asked Amir Khalil if everything was returnable and he said "yes." Well I found out that isn't the case when I tried to return the base. Very disappointed with Sleep Number's customer service and both employees at this location.

I came to snooze mattress's and I was very impressed with how wonderful the customer service was. I had told the woman that waited on me that I was very interested in in getting a new mattress. She told me she would put it away for me and when I came to the store the day of the raffle and the giveaways she said she had put it away for me. When a person tells me something, he keeps a word it means everything to me. I recommend this company very highly.

Katie was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and made my first Sleep Number mattress purchase smooth and easy. She explained everything so well and made the whole process a great experience!!
