Paula Mancini was an exceptional sales associate. Patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and she saved me money! I had been looking for furniture for a new house for four months and was able to buy everything I needed in under two hours. Ask for Paula, you won’t be sorry!

We’ve gone to this particular store several times through the years and find it very reliable. I love that they greet me at the door, make an effort to understand what I’m looking for, and patiently show me every item until I’ve made my decision. Recently, particularly terrific service was given by Kervin, and by Dave G. Both were able to guide me to the items I was looking for and offer honest comparisons between various options. This is our go-to store! Also, of note, it is spacious and easy to navigate if a customer uses any assistive devices (wheelchair, walker), unlike some other local stores that are more tightly packed and have throw rugs in places that can snag. Overall five star experience whenever we go there!

Paula has an incredible talent for turning “I’m not sure” into “This is exactly it!” The good vibes didn’t stop there. The **customer care dream team—Allisa, Kim, and Cheryl—**were kind, caring, and truly attentive every step of the way. They made sure every question was answered and every detail handled with grace and good humor. It felt less like customer service and more like having a group of friends cheering you on. And then came delivery day—right on time and running like a well-oiled machine! Jason and his delivery team were professional, efficient, and impressively organized. They handled everything with care and precision, making the final step of the process completely stress-free. All in all, Raymour & Flanigan delivered (literally and figuratively) an exceptional experience. If you’re looking for beautiful furniture paired with genuinely wonderful people, this is the place. I couldn’t be happier—and my living room has never been more ready for movie night!

4/26/26 I went to see Dave G. at this location, who sent me an invite of the Friends and Family Sale that was going on. I purchased the 5 pc Donegan Bedroom set in Brown (Beautiful set in store) along with the 5 Drawer Dresser. I also ended up purchasing a Memory Foam Mattress, which Dave G. took time with me to make the right choice. I ended up Purchasing a Tempur Pedic Mattress without the base, and I have always wanted this Mattress, but due to price when they first came out was expensive. Dave G also checked with his Manager, and I got a great deal on my total purchase. I even ended up purchasing the pillows and mattress cover for the Tempur Pedic. I am very happy with my purchase, which was delivered on May 1. The R&F Delivery Team was awesome as well. Again thanks Dave G. for your help and patience.

Arturo took care of my husband and i in a recent trip to store. He was wonderful, gave us time to browse, answered all our questions and wasn't pushy.
