Had a great experience this morning. We worked with Kevin and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. We are excited for our new mattress and will be back the next time we need to buy a mattress.
View on GoogleMy experience with buying a mattress at Mattress Firm was great. The sleep expert that helped me out was Damien. He was knowledgeable, personable, and had great customer service. He was helpful and answered my questions. Thank you!
View on GoogleMy granddaughter Kayla took me to buy a new may before having hip surgery. Our first store was Mattress Firm. We were created by Brandon a very nice and courteous young man. We were asked what I wanted and was shown several options. I decided on a temperpedic mattress was told the cost which was very doable given the options I wanted. We told Brandon we were going to look around before deciding. My granddaughter and I looked at two other stores and decided Mattress Firm was the best. We returned the next day and was greated by Micheal also a very nice and courteous young man who finalized our purchase and said that Brandon was getting the sale even though he was finishing the purchase. The experience was wonderful and I highly recommend there staff and Mattress Firm. Thank you for all your help
View on GoogleThe workers at the Upland store were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We mainly worked with the manager Kevin who was extremely patient and who foremost wanted to make sure we ended up with the best mattress and base that worked well for us that we would ultimately be happy and comfortable with. We were given the best options of any other local store for satisfaction guaranteed!
View on GoogleDamien was great to deal with. Would definitely recommend. The only thing I didn't like was that the warehouse team had him call me back and say they may or may not pick up my daughter's old mattress. She spilled paint on it, they claimed they were afraid it would contaminate their other mattresses in the truck.
