I've been meaning to leave this review for a while. I bought a mattress here in September of 2025. Vincent was my Sleep Expert and he was delightful to talk to, guiding me to the right mattress and getting me a great deal. I got the Sleepy's By Sealy Euro Top full size mattress and the Deluxe Platform Frame (with 18" of storage underneath) plus delivery for under $700. My delivery driver was David (can't remember the name of his helper) and the guys showed up right on time, unpacking and disposing of the refuse in record time. An easy and pleasant experience all around!
View on GoogleWonderful experience from start to finish. Our current mattress (10+ years old) was giving me major back pain so we needed a new one stat. Was debating between a Sleep Number vs traditional. James took his time with us and tried to accommodate our needs every step of the way. We ended up going with the very first mattress he laid us on—a Tempurpedic! He clearly knows what he’s doing lol. The delivery took place the very next morning. Everything was ordered correctly, so installation was seamless. Ivan R and Luis hauled the king size mattress up 2 flights of stairs. Amazing… I couldn’t be more impressed with the service and everyone involved. I will recommend you to anyone needing a new mattress. Thank you so much!!
View on GoogleI had a very wonderful experience at Mattress Firm. From the second I walked in the door, James greeted us, asked our nanes and what may he help us with. I went in not sure and he made it a great experience. James was so nice and informative. He was very PATIENT. I applaud him.Thank you James, for helping me pick my perfect mattress.
View on GoogleFantastic customer service. Our associate, Mike, went above and beyond to make sure we picked the perfect item for our needs. He was patient and knowledgeable. He ensured we received with best value and quality mattress set within our budget. Highly recommend anyone to visit this location!
View on GoogleMy wife and I had an outstanding experience thanks to Braulio, the customer associate who helped us find the perfect mattress. From the moment we walked in, his customer service stood out as the highest quality we’ve experienced anywhere in Chino. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive, taking the time to understand both of our needs and preferences without ever making us feel rushed. Braulio’s professionalism was evident throughout the entire process. He explained every detail clearly, compared options honestly, and made sure we were fully confident in our choice. On top of that, he’s a genuinely great salesman—knowledgeable, personable, and committed to helping customers, not just making a sale. Because of the exceptional service Braulio provided, my wife and I are recommending this store to all our friends and family. Associates like him make all the difference, and he turned what could have been a stressful purchase into an enjoyable and easy experience. Highly recommended!
