Worst customer service imaginable. Walked in the store about a month ago and bought two TwinCloud pillows. Told the salesman I wanted to get the pillows shipped to the store and pick them up in-store when they arrive. I wait two weeks and my order is still “processing” turns out he put the order to “carry out” and claimed we received the pillows same day, we did not! Finally when the pillows do get delivered after resolving it with customer support, one of the pillows had what appeared to be a bed bug on it, straight out of the packaging. Spend your money somewhere decent.

He took the time to explain everything clearly and never made us feel pressured. Even though we ended up purchasing the mattress elsewhere, we came back to his store specifically to buy the protective cover and sheets because of the great experience we had with him. Highly recommend working with him if you're shopping here!
