Extremely unprofessional experience. I initially connected with a representative through Facebook, and the entire interaction was chaotic from the start. I called around 11 a.m., but due to his inability to deliver the mattress, I was forced to pick it up myself at midnight. Once I got the mattress home, I immediately noticed a large bulge and contacted him right away. He responded promptly at first and said he would speak with his boss—but after that, he completely stopped responding to calls and texts. I eventually tracked down the actual business and contacted the owner directly. He told me he would call me back with an English-speaking representative, but that never happened. My advice to this company: understand that customers are quick to leave reviews, and experiences like this damage your credibility. Treat people professionally and don’t attempt to take advantage of customers the way you did with me.

Fast delivery granted I'm around the corner payed $120 for a twin-size mattress and box spring it's very comfortable however my toddler whom I bought it for doesn't want to sleep on it she says it smells like a farm. I agree it smells kinda raunchy I thought it was just the plastic apparently not.

I was unsatisfied with my purchase of 3 twin mattresses. My husband accidentally gave the guy an extra $20 and we called him and messaged him. We told him it was an honest mistake and he said he would bring it back. Never came back. Face it, it's only $20 bucks but it's surely not about the money. It's about the principle and mainly morals. At the end of the day won't be back here. Lastly later on we took off the plastic and there are a few holes in the back of the mattress.

I bought a mattress from them almost 5 yr ago now and it is still the best sleep! I look forward to buying my next mattress from them. They are clean extremely friendly and they deliver for free!

I called the owner for full mattress frames. He stated he had new frames. I went to pick them up the same day. There were scratches on them and they had tape holding it together. When I questioned him about the tape, he became extremely upset and told me to leave without explaining anything. I was humiliated. Poor customer service and the product is not quality
