Walked into the store just to browse but ended up meeting Steve. Steve not only knew everything about everything but was able to educate me on finding the perfect couch for my home. I will never go somewhere else because customer service like this is hard to find. I recommend shopping at this store and of course talking to steve.

I really appreciated her attention to the issues we had and for following through to make sure they all got resolved!! She provided great customer service and always had a positive attitude - that seems so rare anymore when dealing with customer service reps. The technician, Roger, was also super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we got our chairs and couch fixed. We really appreciated all the hard work and effort he put into fixing/repairing our furniture. A great person to have on their team! If anything else goes wrong with our furniture, I know I can count on getting excellent service!!
