Mattress sagging in the middle after 5 years!!! Even though we have a 10 year warranty, Sherwood refuses to communicate with us on a warranty claim after several attempts!!! Go to Amazon and buy a mattress for a third of the cost.
View on GoogleWe bought an organic latex king sized mattress for $2,000 and had it for less than seven years before it started deteriorating beneath us. When we tried to warranty the mattress they looked for loopholes to slip out of their obligation, rather than try to retain us as customers. They claimed that the reason the bedding was deteriorating was because there wasn't sufficient support beneath the mattress, but the mattress was sitting on boxsprings on top of a common and popular IKEA bed. If you are going to spend that kind of money on a mattress, look elsewhere.
View on GoogleIt is horrible to go thru their warranty process. We were mislead on what would happen if there was a problem with our bed. The bed sank before 2 years was up. Customer service was horrible and no help
